Open the app and camera while connected first. Once the camera and location are ready, photos and videos can remain in the pending queue if the connection drops.

Reconnect and leave vlieve open so saving can resume. The queue may also retry when you return to the app. Pending captures are stored in this browser or installed app, not synchronized to another device. Do not clear its site data or uninstall it while captures are pending.

Installation does not guarantee that the app can start from scratch without internet. Phones may pause work while the screen is locked.

A pending capture has not finished all saving steps. It may already have a library record while verification is still pending. A higher library count alone does not mean the queue has finished.

When connected, use Retry pending captures. If saving still fails, expand Saving details and keep the original pending capture. Do not take the same shot again just to retry saving.

vlieve checked the stored file against its recorded fingerprint and completed its capture record. Verification pending means that process has not finished.

Verification of a file and its record does not prove that the scene is true, unedited before capture, or legal evidence. It does not rule out filming a screen or a staged scene.

The optional four-digit PIN locks the library on this browser or installed app. It locks again when you leave or hide the app. Camera capture remains available.

The PIN does not encrypt your stored originals, replace your account password or automatically protect another device. Clearing browser storage removes the local PIN and session.

For a forgotten library PIN, choose Forgot library PIN and verify your account password. For a forgotten account password, use Forgot password on the sign-in form and check your inbox and spam folder.

Original files are stored in a private bucket, but an active public link lets someone with the link or verification reference view the original. A completed camera capture may receive an active public link automatically.

Public similarity search is a separate option and requires an active public link. Turning off similarity search does not revoke shared links.

Use Revoke existing links in the capture viewer to disable its active links. Previously issued previews can remain usable until they expire, generally up to five minutes for new previews. Downloaded or copied files cannot be recalled.

The library PIN protects access on your device; it does not block a public shared link.

Use a new email address and follow the password instructions. Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation message. A confirmation link may open vlieve with your session already started.

If you already have an account, choose Sign in or Forgot password. A signup response alone does not confirm that a new account was created. Test-environment accounts and live-app accounts are separate.

Direct DJI or other external-camera connection and file import are not available in this version. These are being investigated separately.
